2. Develop long term brand strategy and annual game plan;
3. Manage the implementation of game plan and ensure delivery of volume and profit goals;
Key outputs :
1. Develop, recommend and implement annual game plan covering all aspect of the marketing mix (advertising, media, PR, promotion,
packaging, pricing and product) to ensure delivery of volume and profit goals;
2. Allocate, manage and control brand budget;
3. Initiate, build and maintain effective working relationship with other function in the order to lead and /or influence decisions and work on joint project;
4. Manage and develop subordinates (Brand/ Assistant Brand Manager etc.) using the best tools and process;
5. Act as brand champion on all brand initiatives;
6. Pro-actively identify growth opportunities for the brand through the Growth Drivers Initiatives;
7. Evaluate all marketing activity;
8. Develop long term Brand Strategy for input into strategic plan (including launching of new brand) ;
9. Manage external agencies ;
10. Constantly review efficacy of the game plan and amend as appropriate.

3. Brand penetration ;
4. Brand image measure.
Qualification
University degree (preferably MBA) in business or related field and at least 5 year track record in a senior sales/marketing/customer facing role
Experience
1. Marketing or relevant industry related experience in FMCG, ideally
beverage industry, with experience of managing brand portfolio
2. Prior experience in a brewing company is an advantage
3. Strategy vision
4. Deep understanding of the big picture (macro PESTEL etc)
5. Strong leader
6. Bilingual English and French
7. Good driver with a valid license
