Brief description:

Responsible for developing, deploying and managing digital marketing activities from start to end. Prospecting and documentation of clients’ requirements and proposing suitable channels for online marketing. Cost evaluation and budgeting for all marketing campaigns to be conducted. Responsible for data collection, analysis and conception of new tactics to optimize campaigns based on clients’ interest. Responsible for presenting a report showing the impact and ROI of the campaign to be shared with clients.

1. Duties of the digital marketer:

 Devising strategies to drive online traffic to our clients’ websites. 

 Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to client websites. 

 Developing digital marketing strategies. 

 Plan, develop and manage digital campaigns. 

 Utilize a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC. 

 Overseeing the social media strategy our clients and maintain communication with their audience. 

 Improving the viability of design, content and conversion of our clients’ website. 

 Responsible for planning and budgeting control of all digital marketing activities. 

 Evaluating customer research markets, conditions and competitor data. 

 Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of development in digital marketing. 

 Build and manage a rich content that attracts a qualified audience to our customers’ properties (including blog post, infographics etc.). 

 Grow new leads including marketing qualified leads by converting the site traffic through call-to-action, landing pages and lead generation content (including offers and promotions).

Experience in closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how inbound marketing activities turn into customers and continually refine our process to get more customers.

 2. Requirements for the position:

 Bachelor degree in marketing, communication or any equivalent business degree. 

 Diploma or certification in digital marketing. 

 Strong grasp of concepts, tools and steps for inbound marketing. 

 Experience in PPC, SEO, SMM, SEM and e-commerce.

 Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices.

 Has previous experience as a digital marketing agency.

 Know how to quantitatively analyze digital marketing campaign results to evaluate its impact.

 Experience in digital advertisement (adWord, adMob) and in-depth use of digital analytic tools (such as Google analytics) and interpretation of results.

 Understand the principles and concept of UI /UX in design of websites.

 Experience working with any popular and robust CMS like wordpress, Joomla etc.

 Experience in reputation management via digital channels. 

 Good communication and writing skills.

 Comfortable using MS Excel for data analysis.

 A logical thinker.

Bilingualism (French & English), Research, Writing, Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges, Market Knowledge, Professionalism, Interpersonal skills, Reporting skills, and Microsoft Office.

4. Working conditions

-The position is full time. Shall start with 4months probation period.

-Working days shall be Monday to Saturday (8am – 5:30pm). In the absence of any urgent tasks, work on Saturday would finish at midday
